Jon Stewart explains why the GOP hasn’t fired Michael Steele

It sounds like Charlie Crist is going to run as an independent for the US Senate. Right now the polling shows Crist competitive in a 3 way race. Not surprising, the reason that GOP establishment was so quick to get behind him was the broad popularity he had in Florida. If he wins, and Michael Steele (see above) thinks it’s possible, will he caucus with the GOP or the Dems. Since conservatives have made it clear that Crist is an alternate spelling for anti-Christ my guess is with the Dems. I think that this hands this seat to the left side of the aisle. I know what you’re thinking- but Jenn, Rubio is 20 points ahead in polling right now – That’s primary polling and only Republicans get to vote in the Republican primary.
AZ immigration law driving illegals out – unfortunately they are just headed to another state.
Standing near potted trees and bushes for sale at a Home Depot in east Phoenix, Diaz, 35, says he may follow three families in his neighborhood who moved to New Mexico because of the law. He says a friend is finding plenty of work in Dallas.
Diaz says he has too much to lose by staying – he’s supporting a wife and infant son back home in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, across the border from El Paso, Texas.
“They depend on me to survive,” he says. “I’m not going to wait for police to come and arrest me.”
Jose Armenta, a 33-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico’s western coast, is already planning to move to Utah within the next 20 days because of a combination of the economy and the new law.
No one believes me at the moment but this is the issue that hands continued control of the House and Senate to the Dems. Not because the law is bad, but because once again we are going to allow the Dems to define it and us as rascist and that is what gave the congress to the Dems in 2006.
The new buzz words seem to be epistemic closure. I have no real idea what they mean but they sound vaguely dirty so included them on the off chance I would get some hits.
Once again no one read the Health Care Reform Act and it was missed that congress decided once again to try and kill American business.
